Turn your phone into a mobile EFTPOS machine with tap and go!

A simple at-event payment method designed specifically for Book Fair Organisers, the app allows you to take payments from all major credit and debit cards using either a physical card or a digital wallet such as Google Pay or Apple Pay.

INSTALLING THE APP

Supported iPhones: iPhone XS or later (Released in 2018 onwards) iOS Version: iOS 16.7 or later

Supported Android: 11 or later

Check the device requirements above, then download the app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
You need to scroll down to Sign In and create an account to use the app.
NB: Each device using the app will need a separate account and a unique email address.

HANDY HINT: You will need your Book Fair Number to complete the Book Fair setup. Please ensure you are using your CURRENT Fair details.

Complete the Fair Setup to add your Book Fair.

HANDY HINT: You will be sent an email with a code to validate your details, so ensure you can access to the email address you provide on your phone or nearby.

Enter the code provided in the email.
You must allow the app to use the Location Services.
NB: You can select to allow only while using the app.

TAKING PAYMENTS

Accept payments quickly and easily via the Book Fairs Tap & Go Checkout option!

Enter the sale amount and select PAY NOW.
Wait for the payWave icon to display.
The Customer taps their card/device on the screen.
The Customer enters a PIN if required.
Payment accepted; offer a receipt.
Enter an email and send the receipt.
